Most items require account access to deliver them straight to your Palia character. You can do this easily by syncing your character with our website. That way we are able to quickly and efficiently process it directly without having to ask for details each time.

Data can be erased from our systems at any time by simply clicking Clear Sync on your dashboard. This immediately wipes all stored login data from our servers.

Badges on item cards tell you how an item is delivered or what is included:

• Login Required Account access is required to deliver the item to your character.
• Housing Surfaces The item is a floor, wallpaper, or roof surface.
• Item Recipe Includes the item's recipe if you have not obtained it before.
• Star Quality The item is available in Star Quality; use the star to switch between Star Quality and standard.
• Fully Grown The item can be delivered fully grown; use the sprout to switch between fully grown and the ordinary growth stage.
• Sync · Owned Count Shows how many of that item you owned at your last sync. Items placed on your plot are not included.

We offer a 7-Day Refund Window after ordering.

A refund is valid strictly as long as your order has not yet been processed (i.e. if you changed your mind before our automated system began processing your order).

To request a refund for an unprocessed order, contact an Admin via Live Messages or reach out on Discord.

All items are delivered straight to your character in Palia.

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery timings vary depending on server volume and queue length. You can use the Live Tracker on your Dashboard to monitor order progress, or message an Admin anytime for live updates.

Note on Delivery Methods: We do not publicly share the exact technical methods of how items are delivered — that's our secret recipe! Our mission is simply to help fellow Palians and make your gameplay easier, faster, and more rewarding.

As soon as you place your order and give us the green light, our automated login system will securely access your account, and we'll personally process your items as quickly as possible.

Our Pack Builder allows you to create your own custom plushie and item bundles easily!

• Browse categories or search for specific plushies, decor, or currencies.
• Add items to your personal pack and save them for later!

PaliaMarket features two distinct reward currencies:

• XP: Earned automatically on every order ($1 spent = 50 XP) and added to your account as soon as your order is paid, so there's no waiting for delivery. XP progresses your level on the active Reward Path to unlock rewards.
• Tokens: Earned from path milestones and as a gift from PaliaMarket to spin the Reward Wheel for prizes!

You keep collecting XP no matter what — whether you have an active path selected or you've already fully completed every path available. It never goes to waste.

Any XP you earn with no path to apply it to (or after finishing one) overflows into your XP Bank, found on the Rewards page. Whenever a new path opens up, tap your XP Bank to apply all of that saved-up XP to it at once — instantly granting you whatever tiers of rewards it covers.

Share your unique referral link found on your Dashboard. Once a friend registers and spends at least $10.00 on PaliaMarket, the referral is marked as completed on your Dashboard. Applies only to the first 10 friends.
